Could you imagine if during the Obama presidency the things being said about Trump now was being said about The One?
Kathy Griffin held a severed head of Trump for a photo shoot. Could you imagine if somebody had taken a photograph celebrating a beheaded Barack Obama?
Madonna said she'd thought of blowing up the White House. Could you imagine if some conservative entertainment industry personality said they'd blow up the White House after Obama moved into it?
Various accusations of racism and fascism has been directed towards the President not just by crackpots, but crackpots with loud platforms (reporters, sportscasters, Hollyweirdos, politicians, etc.) who would have been fired on the spot had they said such things about Mr. Obama the previous eight years.
Now, we have a CNN Host/Chef saying he'd poison Trump with Hemlock if he made a meal for him.
I get it. We have freedom of speech in this society. People have the liberty to say what they believe. Just ask college students, antifa, and Black Lives Matter about that one. . .
The problem is, the liberal left Democrat crazies are normalizing violent talk (and violent actions with things like what we saw in St. Louis over the last couple days), which in the long run may encourage one of their insane knucklehead posse members to carry out the angry, violent rhetoric.
The problem is, I have a hunch that many of the liberal lefties out there spewing this garbage would have no problem with that kind of action against the President of the United States.
It sickens me.
